March, 2014 Rich Technology won the bidding of Raffles City project under Capitaland, Hangzhou.
Raffles City in Hangzhou is the fourth “Raffles” project under Capitaland in mainland China after those in Shanghai, Beijing, and Chengdu. Located at the core position of Qianjiang City, jianggan district, Hangzhou, the ground floor area of the building will be 280,000 square meters with a big commercial plaza of 80,000 square meters, five-star hotels, high-end office buildings, etc, being a new landmark of Qianjiang new city.
There are two elevators on the first and second floor of T2 building with a passage control gate in front of each one; each gate has one channel for passangers and one channel for logistics. In this case, FLS Speedstile FLS_BA has been applied.
